recently I saw a quilt made with a star in star pattern and would love to recreate one of my own. Does anyone know of the pattern.. it was like the Ohio star with a square in square next to it.

where did you see the pattern?

not quite sure as its hard for me to visualize it. It was the star and square in square next to it and then it kinda combined to make a big star.. unless, my memory is imagining it.. possible with the old timers!!!! i didnt realize there were so many variations of the ohio star... thanks all

I saw the quilt and the person is going to bring it..she said she had made it from some magazine article which she didnt keep... hopefully I can kinda figure it out that way... if I find out, Ill let you know for sure..
