I bought liquid starch in a bottle. I took a spray bottle, filled it half way with a liquid starch like (Stay Flo), then finish filling the bottle with water. Shake well. Works great. No need to refrigerate.

works for me right there. Oh, wait - I have to add scent and then spray it on the SHEETS. :-P
