Steam Presser
Anyone use a Steam Presser? Considering a purchase for my quilting needs. Thanks, annap

I have one that I have had for probably over 20 years. I use it primarily to attaching interfacing or fusible to the backs of fabric for applique. If I am pressing pieces, (like fat quarters) not yardage, I will also use it for that instead of an iron as I can do larger pieces. I wouldn't be without it.

I am thinking of buying one too. I want at least 16" width 18" would be even better. They use to be called a wrangler and my friend found one listed as that in the local paper for sell ads.

Onebyone, somehow I think of "mangle iron" when I think of those old machines. My mom had one when I was a little girl, a long time ago!. Back when almost everything had to be ironed!
