I've been looking on line and in books, but still can't find a Southwestern quilt pattern that suits my DH.
He doesn't want the Southwestern figures in it, just the pattern and tan/brown/red (a little blue) colors that is what I'd call Native American Indian.
Anyone have suggestions?
TIA you all are awesome!

All I'm getting are red "x"s where the photos should be. :(

I get the same thing, but you can wander around the rest of the site and find other things.

Look at Michelle Watts' quilts on her website: www.jmichellewatts.com
Her quilts are definitely Southwest. She also designs and sells fabric designed for her quilts and such.
She did a presentation for my quilt guild and we surely enjoyed her.

When you get a red X, try right clicking the red X. Scroll down to--show picture-- and a LOT of times the picture will come up. Even on my REAL slow computewr!!
Good luck!!

I would try looking at some indian designs. Perhaps that would be closer to what he wants. There were tons of indians that were in tennessee before the settlers moved "west". Check the local museums, you might be suprised. Or look at two color quilts ... there are lots of those that are in a southwest design.

What about a seminole braid done in those colors?

Wow, that picture of that quilt is awesome!

Your quilt is beautiful. I'll show it to him. I like it, maybe he will too. Thanks!

I saw one last night in the keepsake quilting magazine. It's called "in a pickle". He might like that????

Hope it helps.

I did this one for a wedding gift.
The girl likes orange.
You could do it in southwest colors

You'll have to scroll down for the picture.

I found a pretty pattern ($7.00) at
http://www.swdecoratives.com
Click on Quilts and Wallhangings
Click on All Pieced
Scroll Down to Colores!
(Their search engine isn't too good)

If you right-click on the x it should show a prompt to "show picture". This happens to me from time to time.
