Stitch length for Stitch in the Ditch

Hi!
What stitch length do you use the most when SITD or doing any quilting with your walking foot?
Thank you!

It varies, I increase the stitch length on a sample sandwich until I like the look. The thicker the sandwich, the longer the stitch length. I like the stitches to look the same as my 2.5 default fabric regular sewing stitching.

I use a larger stitch for SID. I just like the way it looks. I use a 4. most of the time. Sometimes I use a 4.5.

When I SID, my stitches are is about 1/8" or 3/16". When piecing it's shorter...maybe 1/16".

I set my machine for 2.5 for stitch in the ditch.

I set mine at 2.5 also. For sewing a quilt I use 2.0.
