i have seen it that way before

I've seen that before too. I don't have a closet in my sewing room and no spare ones anywhere else.

i use those hangers for a portable design wall...i clip the quilt i'm working on onto the hangers and hang them over the top of doors, work pretty good. my closet is way too full to be able to hang fabrics, in my closet are hanging shelves, that go almost to the floor ... full of fabric...
i love how easy it is to see what you have with your system :thumbup: seems a bit more convenient than my shelves.

That would not work for me as I have too much fabric. Great idea though.
