Are the rulers only right handed or the numbers on the rulers for left handed as well?

I've made this quilt several times and did not use the Stripology ruler. You can totally make this quilt without anything other than your standard ruler. Just watch her video and do it! I have just finished a red and white one and am currently working on a low volume background with grays in it.
