Well Candace...you were right it is hefty in weight! And I have it still in the box! I have to be patient until I am set up and get more supplies. Tax refund is what I am waiting for!

I am! I did win one die from eBay today, a five inch squares with no pinking and 6 squares. (imagine..up to 60 5-inch squares in a few cranks of the handle) Also purchased some others (rectangle rag, and 2 different size squares for rag and a rag flower shape)from a member on this board. But I won't receive them until after Christmas. Well I lived this long with out one so I guess I'll survive.
PLUS it isn't assembled! Aw patience!!!!!! I'll be raving about it soon though!

What other dies are you planning to get for it?

Since I'll be setting my Studio up at the local quilt store, I want to offer some basics first then get more.
I am going to get the 2 1/2 inch strip cutter, the 12 inch block set, 3 inch strip cutter (because that's what I use) 5 and 1/2 inch triangle to use with all those 5 inch charms I have and will have.
I won a 5 inch square die with 6 squares at a time on ebay.
I bought 2 sizes of rag quilt squares a rectangle rag die with batting cutters to match and a flower shape for rags. I imagine the flower can be used for other also.
The letters and numbers would be handy if I could offer them, but they are terrifically expensive! Maybe a selection of circle sizes, stars and hearts.
I'll have to do a survey as I go.
Myself...I'll use the 3 inch strip and the 5 inch and 5 and a half inch triangle combo. I'm not so much into small piecing.
There are over 300 dies to choose from! I need a gigantic loan! LOL. Did you decide to get one?

Oh, those rag dies would be so nice for peopleto use, think of how much time that would save!
