Want to make dance bag for niece who dances. Any pattern suggestions? Thanks!

there are some dance fabrics out there, you can make a simple draw string bag.

I would just do a simple draw string bag. Maybe put a couple of pockets on the inside for the shoes.

I used mesh screen for g-daughter's dance bag. It was easy for her to check for dancing gear without unpacking.

My little neighbor girl has a dance bag that is just a drawstring bag but has straps on it so she carries it like a backpack. It's cute and easy.

How about a tote bag with some interior pockets made out of dancing theme fabrics?

The bags that I see a lot of high schoolers carrying their things in looks like a draw string bag, but the strings are also attached to the bottom corners to make it into a backpack. I think it would work really well for a sports bag in a cute dance fabric with some pockets on the inside.
