Hi again,
What do you think is the best method to make triangles...thangles,triangles on a roll, easy angle? so many choices! ? Thanks! Kim |
I've had the most luck with triangle paper ... I've used Thangles too but I like triangle paper best.

If you like the Thangles, I downloaded this little program for $14.95 from QuiltPro. Makes half square triangles from 1" to 7" in 1/8 increments. Sends as many sheets of half square triangle templates right to your printer. Make as many as you want. Here's the web site:

I usually lay the two fabrics together, right sides together, draw a line acroos them. And sew 1/4 inch on each side of the line. Rotary cut on the drawn line. I make them a little bigger than I need so I can square them up. I imagine if you have to make hundreds for a quilt this would be slow, but for a few per block it works for me.
