Thank you all for your suggestions, the plastic canvas is probably what I will try. I will double it because the bottom of the bag measures 12x22. I may HAVE to get plexiglass cut just for stability, I will use this as a weekend bag. Thanks again for the help and the warm welcome to a newbie!!!!!

I use either the thick stencil canvas or a painting canvas cut down to size and make a sleeve to fit.
