DH and I will be visiting friends in PA this weekend and then going on to see the historic sites of Antietam and Harper's Ferry. I'd love to stop into any good quilt shops along the way, if anyone has suggestions. Unfortunately we're not going in the direction of Lancaster, but we did do that a couple of years ago, so can't complain.

Visit "Traditions at the White Swan" on route 40 west of Hagerstown. Also, Maries north of Hagerstown behind the Rest Area just inside Pa. You have to get off I-81 to get there.

You can't miss Marie's It is in a house but has a sign you can see from I-81 and is beside a shop that makes wooden outdoor furniture.
