That really is a clever design! Wish I'd thot of it!
Well I feel so inspired and frustrated at the same time. I want to quilt, quilt, quilt. But, all I have time for is work, work, work! We have fences to mend and replace, We barely got the hot water in and a shower stall up (which still needs tiling) We also do not have a bathroom sink installed, or a kitchen :-o :D But I have a pool, it justs need some re-plumbing and a light fixture replaced before I can fill it up! :? And getting the chain link up will go towards that goal. It's a law the pool must be fenced and we need it for privacy as well. I can not wait for my first pool party! Well I best get to it.!! |
that is a one-template design and can be any size you want. you have to work on a big surface to keep track of the colors.

AAAAAHHHHHHHGGGGHHH! You gals are boggling my mind. I am so visual I can't even picture what you're saying? And it sounds so interesting. I love the picture from the link Izy sent. Y'all keep on working and when you have something for me to see, let me know!
I have a pattern for a tossed block but the blocks are cut after the original sewing. Then the sashings are applied, then put together into a top. Don't remember the name of the pattern -- would have to search. This picture looks like it would be fun to work with (even the scraps would be interesting. ) |
