Please, I do need some help. I am working on above named older BOM. February really has gotten me confused. I consider myself pretty good at paper piecing. Did the star block three times, reprinted the pattern, each time my stars come out too large. Measurements are given in Centimeters and this is not the problem. I believe I am reading something wrongly. Help please and thank you.

Check your printer settings. You may have the wrong button clicked. You need to have it marked for true to size/actual size. Some printers change this is 'fit the page' and make this just a bit larger which can really screw things up. Hope this helps.

Be sure your printer setting says 'No Scaling".
