Do a search for sewing tables. This has been discussed before and there were lots of good idesa. I used styrafoam insulation to cover my table to bring the table up to the height of the sewing machine. I posted a "u tube" site that shows how to make one. Cheap and needs no special tools to make. Also can be removed for storage.

BJ's has height adjustable melamine tables that would work great as sewing tables. I have one that is 2'X4' and have it on the highest height for a cutting table, but would put it at the lowest height to put the machine on. It's small enough that it's easy to carry and take with you on retreats.
