Tape on tip of glue bottle in order to make a thin glue line
For us gals who use glue to baste a quilt and the flow of glue is way to thick I just saw something that worked wonderfully...
Within the last week--or so--I saw a tutorial showing how to use scotch tape on the tip of an elmer's glue bottle so that the glue came out in a very thin line. Any help will be more than appreciated. Barbara |

Awesome, thank you!!

I just "open" the tip on the bottle a little bit for a thin line - not wide open!

Thank you for finding this for me... I can't wait to try it...

Interesting! That is one of those why didn't I think of that things...
Thanks for sharing!! I'm going to give this a try and show it off to my guild next meeting. |
Saw this couple weeks ago and have already used it. DH saw me do this to put on a bindings on a couple place mats. He has since confiscated my glue bottle but not to fear we were at Walmart and bought couple more and more tape.
