Tee Shirt quilt question
What is a good stabilizer for a tee shirt quilt? I would like to get it at Hancocks or Hobby Lobby as those are the two stores near me. Thanks for your input.

Pellon 906F.

Ditto. Pellon 906F. It's all I use. Soft and doesn't add weight.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Yes, Pellon 906F. It stretches in one direction. Be sure to iron it on the t-shirt with the stretch opposite to the stretch of the t-shirt. Ann

I had been told that French Fuse was also good to use as it is light and airy. Have not used it myself but have heard that other have. Hope this doesn't just confuse the issue.

The Pellon 906F really doesn't stretch. I use it any which way without any problems. It's the knit Pellon that stretches.

T-Shirt Quilts Made Easy Book by Martha Deleonardis. Martha is in my Guild and uses Pellon 911FF in her quilts. I will be making several this year and have purchased this stabilizer. You said that you were limited, so maybe this could be your backup plan.

I just made a t-shirt quilt and used French fuse on the recommendation of another quilter who constructs a lot of them. It worked great.
