template shapes

I love templates. Not good with rulers. Anyone who has ever read my posts knows I am a template nut but I am going to make a little girl a quilt with fairy print. I have the apple core, half hexy and twist and stitch for pinwheels but are there any others out there that that are fairly large as some of the fairy prints I have seen might not show up well in a pinwheel. I also have the large tumbler but that was not my favorite quilt.

Love suggestions.
Thanks,
Evelyn

I always keep things simple so I prefer to use the pattern Warm Wishes. I kind of changed the pattern a bit but making pinwheels in the "cornerstone". I think the fairy prints would be darling.

An Economy Block would let you show the fairies well. This page has a tutorial and also has paper foundation piecing printouts in a variety of finished sizes. You could cut up the one you want and use the pieces as your template so you wouldn't have to measure. http://sewing-lab.blogspot.com/2014/...ktutorial.html
