Just a thought......my friend just purchased a Nolting longarm with 12 ft table for5k.....no bells whistles just for her to do her own stuff on...not a bad deal in my mind...good reliable company...dealer delivered, set up, got a crash course in how to.....if I were looking to buy that would be my choice....btw I have an APQS 14 ft.......

Stitch regulation is what tempts me towards larger machines.

I have a friend that is getting one. I am eager to hear how she likes it. She lives in Alabama. Another friend talked to them at a quilt show and was very impressed and she is not easy to impress.

I've had my Block Rocket machine now for a couple of months and I love it. The stitching is more even than on my Janome 1600P. The machine runs smoothly on my frame and it isn't as loud as the 1600P. I don't have the jerky stitching I had before. The part I like most is my circle now look like circles not ovals and curves look like they are suppose to. The larger bobbin means I don't need 8 - 10 bobbins for a quilt. I had no confidence in my FMQ on the 1600P however, I now find it interesting and I enjoy experimenting with designs I had been collecting.
