Is there a tutorial on adding a zipper to a Bow Tuck??
 
Anyone out there know how to put a zipper in a Bow Tuck? I have someone who wants one, but with a zipper. I haven't put in a zipper in anything yet. I might manage if the pattern gives the instructions, but my BT pattern doesn't. I am really a picture type person, need to see it, but maybe since I have made so many BTs I might understand a description on how to do it.

Try utube plenty of zip tutorials. One is very good will go for a hunt. Be back soon

Back. Try tube for zipper tutorial Rhonda Woodsmall. Plenty of different ways. Make sure you put the zip in before putting the fabric into the bag pattern. Not sure where you are putting zip that is why it sounds vague. I always put zips in lining fabric as a back pocket inside but make first when you are only sewing flat then you can sew seams later.
