I had company coming over, and realized my quilt rack had a summer quilt on it, quickly thinking I want something more autumn or close, I grab my pinwheel panel off the design wall and used it. Made me realize, it doesn't have to be completed to be displayed and enjoyed. :)
Absolutely! If all my projects had to be done to display.....well, no one would see hardly any of them. This is the one I have up now, no binding but it does have a sleeve on the back!
