I knew there was a reason I don't sew at that hour of the morning.Crap I can barely read at that hour.To think I use to get up at Four every morning to get ready for work.I love being retired. Sandy

LOL! I LOVE your lesson sharing. I will remember not to quilt at 3am. Usually if I am doing anything at that hour, it is fighting with my computer! LOL.

Best of all...I learned - I'm not quilting at 3 a.m. again....I spent 3 hours undoing all the 3 a.m. quilting fairies work after I had coffee today!

Thank you for the lessons in when not to quilt, however I am sorry that you had to learn them the hard way!

funny! Thanks for sharing.

I gave up quilting in the sleepless hours after the time I sewed the corner squares to the triangles to make goose units, then proceded to trim on the wrong side of the sewing line. Never again!

Oops, meant to say I sewed the corner squares to the rectangles - not to the triangles.

Last time I quilted at 3 am I cut the side of my finger off with my rotary cutter. Now if I am up at 3 am I read this board or watch TV.

Being from the Aqua Net generation, and being up, not necessarily awake, at 3AM, I can totally relate. By the way, I live in Corpus Christi too, but I can't change my address( I'm technically challenged). Hang in there and be careful in your early morning forays into quilting at that hour.
