I'm looking at the tin Lizzie to purchase. Can anyone give me some advice on the machine. Pro's and con's,what about the wooden frame is that a good thing? I have read alot of the post and still not sure!

I love my Lizzie and I love the Wooden frame.

I love mine. I have the wooden frame. The only con is that it is really particular about what kind of thread I use. It prefers King Tut.

I got my "Mitzie" Tin Lizzie in April and now that we have become better aquainted, I love her. I put a queen size Dresden Plate on her Friday morning, and then went to work. Yesterday I finished the binding. Yes, she is a little finicky on the thread choice, only takes King Tut or Isacord, but, other than that she is a wonderful girl. Have fun with your test drive, and then go for it. I don't think you would regret it.
