Our poor ups man came at 6:45 this evening in the super cold, but I was happy to get my thousands of bolts order - only that it's missing 2 FQ's. Anyone have experience with their customer service? I will call in the morning, just hope they're nice to deal with.

I just called - he said "Aha - those were YOURS!" Apparently they were found but no one knew which order they went into - so they will send them out today. Very nice. :-)
