I can't help with the Sulky, although if you google it you will probably find online stores. Bottom Line is made by Superior and can be purchased at their website www.superiorthreads.com. I also purchase it from local quilt shops in my area. You might check www.fabricdepot.com, they carry both brands. If you sign up for their e-coupons you get 35% off one item every week. It can be challenging, finding stuff on the website, but their customer service is excellent, so if you can't find something, just call them.

Tks ladies. I never thought about purchasing quilting supplies at Amazon. Sorta like a super store! Where do you purchase Sulky and Bottom line threads? I've looked at Connecting Threads and thought about buying some but I wanted your input. The closest quilt shop is 50 miles away.

You can get Sulky and Bottom Line from http://redrockthreads.com/ . They don't carry the Bottom Line SuperBobs, though; you can get those from http://www.superiorthreads.com/ . Google what you want and you will find other online sources too.

I use Connecting Threads for piecing and quilting and I love it. I have it in all 90 colors. It works great in my sewing machines and my mid-arm quilting machine. I haven't done any applique, so I don't know about that.

I purchase a lot of my machine embroidery thread from Amazon. No trouble whatsoever with the thread.

I may look into the fine thread. I don't have a lot of issue with my seams matching, but every little bit helps. Thanks for the tip! :D

I use Bottom Line for applique also.
