Ticker Tape quilt question
 

Do you need to quilt a ticker tape quilt? Or is it enough to just stitch all around the square?

if so, it doesn't really need aditional quilting... it would be a design choice

I believe it would be considered a "quilt as you go" project by stitching the rectangles and squares onto a quilt sandwich. Looks like it would be fun on a longarm machine.

Thank you for your replies! Yes I would be doing it like a QAYG and sewing them on to a sandwich. Hadn't really seen any other quilting on them so thought I would ask.
