Yep me to and handy indeed it is!

It's called the Teeny Tiny Tank in the NN catalog. It's part number SCT-1 for $29.95 with free shipping code 151304-2132.

I was using a compressor to blow it out until I read that you shouldn't because it might get blown deeper into the machine and cause problems.

I like the straw idea and the knee high idea

I inherited my Moms but I do believe Annies and Nancys Notions sell them. JoAnns used to but about a year ago I saw several in the clearance bins so I don't believe they carry them any longer

I have the hose and small attachments from the places you've mentioned above. IMO, they are still too large to get underneath the feed dogs and the tiny places around them. I am thinking of buying something like this which I found in a search on Amazon for computer vacuum: http://www.amazon.com/Portable-Cordl...C/ref=pd_ybh_1. It is hard to find one that is really tiny.

I bought a mini vacuum from Annies for $25.00 its a great machine DO NOT use canned air. There are tons of videos on U tube showing how much damage you can do to your machine using this

I bought an attachment to my vacuum cleaner but it just didn't work that well. Yes, you should NOT used can air on your DSM because there is droplet of water within the can and will corrode your bobbin case. Been there, done THAT and paid for it in the end. We ALL learn from out mistakes. I use a good miniature lint brush.

I bought the mini attachments that hook onto my canister vacuum cleaner. I don't use it often as it is a pain to get out the vacuum. I usually use a brush and q-tips.

The associates at Office Depot kept saying canned air?
I guess this explains why Office Depot was going under and Staples bought them out. LOL
