When I see people posting several fabrics at one time and offering variable yardages cut to order, I can't help but think that the recordkeeping must be a daunting task. You have to keep up with who wants what, how much, have they paid, etc. It could get confusing quickly, as people change their minds, have second choices, and other little details. I think my advice would be to keep it simple, at least until you see how it goes for you.
