I put aside my rail fence to play with my jellyrolls. I could get addicted to them! Made a stripy lap top by laying the strips in order from darkest to lightest. It is just ok. I then did the other roll from a pattern i found on here. It is the one where you sew the strips end to end, fold, and stitch. That was so much fun! I got my rolls at Walmart. Can you suggest some good jelly roll pattern books and places to get the rolls online? Thanks so much!

You might want to check at JoAnn's for the jelly roll patterns. I just bought a pattern book for a friend that has 7 patterns to make from jelly rolls. Used the 50% off coupon and it was $4.50 before tax. Would have bought one for myself but there was only one left.

Take a look at the Scrap Basket Sensations book. I got mine at Connecting Threads. At that site you can look inside before buying to decide if it's what you want. I have 6 quilts from that book on my To Do list right now.

Do you live in Indiana too. I live in the northern part, about 2 hours north of Indy...

I have "Jelly Roll Quilts" by Pam & Nicky Lintott. I purchased it from Missouri Star Quilting Co. It has quite a few patterns. BrendaK
