Tote with pleated pockets on outside
 

There must be a tute somewhere but I sure can't find it. I'm making a simple tote but want pleated pockets on the outside. My little brain just can't figure out how to do it. Help please.

I made the Professional Tote and it had pleated pockets. I made plain pockets instead so I'm not sure how they made theirs.
