OMGoodness my Moma just found me a singer treadle machine and cabinet for only $75.00. She is bringing it to me tomorrow. I can't wait. She said it is in pretty good shape also. I'll post pics as soon as I can in the old machine thread on here. :thumbup: :thumbup:

I found one of CraigsList, the Sphinx decal, with a cabinet for 50.00... the cabinet has water damage but it seems pretty sturdy.... the treadle machine is in pretty good shape, just dirty. I am having it cleaned, oiled, tune up, just as soon as I can get it to the repair shop.

I just found an old singer in a cabinet on craigslist, really good shape, and the people want $700 for it. Wonder if they get close? |
