I really love this pattern and would like to make a quilt with it. Is there a free pattern for it or do I need to purchase it?

It's really quite simple and with a design wall you can lay it out and sew it in strips. Just decide how big you want your squares and go for it. If you don't have a design wall just hang a large piece of flannel over one of your curtain rods, straighten it and use that. Mine is a 4'x6' inch thick piece of styrofoam sheeting with batting and a flannel sheet on it. I just pinned the sheet on. When I'm not using it I slide it behind a dresser for safe keeping. I also have one thats 20"x 20" that I use for individual blocks. If you're experienced with Bargellos you can do the most of it in that style too.

i pinned my strips on a flat sheet on the floor. so if i got sidetracked with life , i could just roll it up.which happened!
