Okay, I see where to browse and upload a picture. I'm hoping this will lead me to where I can add a profile picture. Hmm.

To add a picture to you profile you need to go to "my Profile"

You will be able to add a picture there in much the same way you added it to the message.

I think you are talking about adding a picture under your name. It is called an avatar. Go to your profile. Way at the bottom.
When I did mine, I put the picture on my desktop so when I had to browse for the link it was easy to find. You add that picture just like you did for your great quilt.
Then at the bottom you will have to click on the avatar update button as your last step.
