I am trying to find the pattern for this quilt.

I know it was done with strip piecing. It is a hexagon shape block. You put 3 of the triangles together to make 1/2 the hexagon then sew both halves together.

This one was a gift to my dad from a cousin. Unfortunely she has passed away so I don't know how to find the pattern Any help greatly appericated.

Reminds me a little of the radioactive danger signs or sign for a fallout shelter- only yur quilt is much prettier. Good luck finding it.

I believe I can do a foundation pieced pattern for this. If you are interested send me a PM and I will send you a pattern by email.

sew together 4 strips of fabric. cut them into 60-degree triangles. sew three triangles together ... all points going to center ... for each half of the hexagon.

you can either make whole hexagons, then assemble them into a top or you can make long strips from the half-hexagons, then assemble those into a top.
