Thank You So Much......

I prefer the lengthwise strips, it makes me look thinner when I'm under the quilt. LOL

Becky Potter, love the quilt top! |
Of course you did it right...because you did it! I certainly wouldn't rip anything apart on that. But, if you really want horizontal instead, a strategically placed cut and new seam would make that beauty horizontal in a jiffy. :)

NO don't rip out anything. It looks really pretty. I'm trying to make one. Mine is vertical too. I'm gonna add some more, but it won't look the same. It's for my 2 yr old great grandaughter. I love yours.

I'm going to leave it. OK LOL DH offered to snap a line on it to square it up( Bright orange chauk Line used for cutting steel.)
|
oh no DH please dont do that!! LOL very pretty n I do agree add a small border and then a larger nice n bright one

it looks good to me. Anytime you change the number of strips and/or don't miter them together, the final size will vary from the approximate 64" x 49". Mine is about 64" x 55" b/c I used 2 1/2" squares between the strips instead of mitering them together.

Like the little toes that are showing. Pretty colors, too.
