Has anyone used a Circle Cutter (one by Elaine Braun of Polar Notions). I bought one several years ago and have never tried it. Well I got it out the other day and tried it a little, but having some trouble - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've only used one on paper and snapshots...the badge-a-minute thing. This might be a situation where starch would be helpful.

I have one...have used it...and hate it. Although, I think it has something to do with lack of co-ordination(mine), I always had trouble using a compass in school too(LOL).
