If you use Craft Felt, what do you use to mark the pattern? Do you combine wool felt with Craft Felt? Any imput will be GREATLY appreciated.

When using felt I turn to my trusty freezer paper. I draw my pattern on the freezer paper, give a rough cut around it and then iron the freezer paper onto the felt. It makes cutting the felt so much easier.

Thanks for sharing. I brought wax paper, will that make a difference?

Isn't wax paper waxy on both sides, I never use it so not sure. It would stick to the iron if it was. Freezer paper is waxy on one side, that is the side you iron to the fabric and the other side is paper which is very easy to draw on.

Craft felt may not stand up to washing or wear as nicely as what better grades of felt will :D:D:D
