For those who use the USPS.com website & have had to submit a request for a refund for a shipping label that did not print correctly, how long did it take to get the refund? I've been waiting since February 2nd.

About two weeks is normal. Hang in there a few more days.

I usually see them in about a week or so, but I would allow 2-3 weeks. They wait to make sure that the postage isn't used or scanned through the system.

I think I waited about 2 weeks before I got mine. You will get a confirmation email when they refund it.

You'll get it, it takes about 15 days.
