Viking Husqvana 500 sewing machine
 

Does anyone have this machine? If so, do you like it? I seen an classified ad on this for $375 and would like to get opionions about it. Thanks.

Yes I have this machine. I bought it in 1997 and paid $1300 for it. I've never had any problems and I do a lot of sewing. Sounds like a good deal to me.

I too have that Machine ! I love it ! It serves me very well. I have never had to do more than a routine cleaning on it. It is an older computerized machine, and not all the "stuff" the newer machines come with .... but honestly ... How often do we really use all that expensive "stuff". Do find out if it comes with feet , specifically the walking foot and free motion foot. These are pricey feet.
