I'd do it too. Might be the only thing that will give me the kick in the pants to get something done!

I finally had the opportunity to get "Tropical Nights" pinned yesterday. I would love to join in, after church, of course.

Virtual Quilt Day is a day we set aside to work on quilting projects with "each other". We post pictures and encourage each other on various projects.

I'm so glad I found this thread way back on like, pg 6 or something. I keep missing it. I will be joining the fun this time though.

I have a quilt to get loaded onto the LA. My DF asked me yesterday for a quilt by Friday for a party on Sunday. I told her no way. But will get it done ASAP for her. She should know better.:D. I have many flimsies ready to go but I also need just a little time to quilt and bind. Just a little!

That is what I will be doing this Sunday! So glad to be here.
peace

I would love to join a VQD this weekend. I always sew faster knowing that there are others out there doing the same thing!

I would love to have a virtual quilt day. If I can make it work, that is. I hope to be there :)

What time is America waking up please?

michelleoc 05-16-2013 07:29 AM

I would love to join in on Sunday. Any rules I need to know about? Do we just sew, check in every so often, and post pictures of what we have done? That will be the hard part for me, because every time I have to post a picture, I have to figure out how to make it small enough to fit. And I always figure it out accidentally, so I can't write down my instructions!

Pat625 05-16-2013 12:19 PM

LOL..no rules--no quilt police..pics appreciated whatever size..of if you can't get it loaded, describe!!

I was told to send it to myself by email and then it would be small enough to fit the place it will take in the group.

I actually only started this thread to see if Rachel had a VQD planned for Sunday but since there seems to be some interest, I would be glad to start a new thread for it.

PLEASE DO!! Or we'll just go ahead from here with those who have already expressed an interest; whichever.

I am fine with keeping it here. I can do my quilting during the Sunday afternoon hockey game. Do not know how much I will get done though. One eye one the game and one on stitching. Wonder how many times I'll stick myself with the needle.......
