Does anyone know where I can go to find wallhanging patterns?

Is there a specific type you are looking for? I usually use regular quilt blocks and just use 4 blocks. If you would like to do a simple applique one, try Googling coloring book pages, they are great for applique.

Here are links to a few free patterns for wall hangings. I just googled free wall hanging quilt patterns. There were others, too.

A lot of the quilt books will have at least 1 wall hanging in it. Otherwise maybe make only about 9 or 12 blocks and then finish with the framing of it, add a hanging sleeve and ta-da !! there is a wall hanging. :>)

Why don't you join in on the Giant Big Mini Block Swap? The blocks are 4 1/2" finished. You make six per set and one set would make a cute wallhanging.

I'm new here so I'm still having trouble finding things easily but I went to "search" at the top of the screen and typed in the name of the swap. It's five or six lines down from the top. If that doesn't work maybe someone else could help.

Thank you...I did find it and "Yes" I joined that one too.
