The new Newburgh, IN store now has a fabric aisle and a cutting table. So far, there are probably not more than a 100 bolts of anything in the lineup. I'm surprised this store got fabric since they are less than 10 miles from JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby.
I did find some rainbow monkeys to make a little floor pad for the new granddaughter. |

Well now; I can get milk, eggs and bread at Walmart, but I can't get them at Joanns or Hobby Lobby. Guess where I choose to shop.

I went to my Walmart (Pearl, MS near Jackson) and fabric is back!! Busy little dept tonight! Not sure how much they are going to carry but I found a couple of pieces of 100% cotton that felt good. Well, I didn't find it, another quilter had already match it up so I just got what she had matched!! LOL
Also, in a different section of the store, they had all the precuts on clearance and there was also several kits for totes, doll clothes, etc. Liked a couple of things but hope they will reduce it a little more. Oh, lady at cutting table seemed to know her stuff, too. |
