Want fabric ideas to make a bag for a real estate lady
 

I have tried to find "real estate fabric" or fabric with houses on it to make a bag for a female real estate agent. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where to find some fabric for the bag. I have tried several web sites but no luck. Thank you
