I toss mine in the dryer on the "wrinkle release" cycle. Works great no matter how big the batting is.

I actually preWash my W&N batting in the washer and dryer to preshrink it. Comes out just fine right out of the dryer.

There's instructions for pre-soaking the batting on the package. That always worked for me.

I use Hobbs also. Throw it in the dryer for a few minutes, comes out great.

I have W&N on a roll but sometimes still have to deal with the crease in the center. But like Rob, I don't worry about it. When sandwiching, I use big binder clips to hold everything together on my table top and just smooth out any wrinkles along the way. Once basted, never even notice.

I just use it straight out of the package. Smooth out the creases with my hand. I glue baste with Elmer's school glue. Drizzle it on in a zig zag fashion and put the backing or quilt front over it and smooth it down with my hand. Quilt away to my heart's content. Never had a problem with the creases showing and you can't feel them so I assume they are gone.

I have never had a problem with the wrinkles. Once it is basted and quilted they disappear.

Lots of ways written here to change the wrinkles - personally, I just use it right out of the package, as long as it's all basted enough before quilting, I've never had any issues when hand quilting.
