Love organzing fabric, it's my love! I do work down my stash every year, and it keeps coming in the back door somehow and multiplying. Oh well!

Good luck with THAT plan:) Tried it and it doesn't work. It's much like dieting!

I have cardboard bolt boards full of fabric for complete quilts, binding and backing that number well over 40.......I also have a room full of stash including jelly rolls, layers cakes, etc., and don't feel guilty about it at all. It's my vice, but it keeps me happy and my quilting group ladies will inherit it and my numerous machines when I'm gone. None of my family members are interested in it, and my quilting girls can't wait for me to kick the bucket...............not true, they love me! I feel it's my way of compensating for many, many years of "family first".

I have taken it upon myself to buy the collection Oasis. One yard at a time. I'm up to 10 yeards. I don't have a pattern, just love the colors. But I am going to the NQA show in Columbus, Ohio next week. I'm going to try to be real good. I hope.

I like your thinking, Shelbie! I don't have any vices except for indulging my passion for hobbies. I have a friend who does the same thing with scrapbooking supplies and I always tell her, "Shop less, scrap more." So, my friends, I will tell you the same thing, (and attempt to take my own advice), "Shop less, quilt more!" Now if you will excuse me, I have to see what the Missouri Star Daily Deal is! ( ;) tee hee )

I have 7 LQS within 12 miles of my house. I also have a JoAnns and Hancocks and 3 Hobby Lobby in that radius. I drive pat 2 LQS and Hancocks and Jo Anns andHobby Lobby on my way home from work every day. So dangerous. I have tried banning myself from them. It isn't going too well. I purchased fabric for a mystery quilt last week.
