I have a book here on making watercolor quilts. Another something I want to do. Just not enough time in the day to get it all done. It looks like you have several leads here for your quilt.

Dina Pappas wrote a couple of books on this. She uses a gridded fusible facing which makes it easier. I made several blocks for the quilt, but as this quite a few years ago, my accuracy was not very goos, so the blocks were different sizes.
I resurected them recently and turned them into some pillows (wedding gifts), and the centre of a quilt. |
Have always wanted to make a watercolor quilt, they are so beautiful.
