Mine is an off white. One wall is two big closets, off white. I have oak kitchen cabinets, upper and lower. A dark countertop, I think light would be better. Not much wall space left after shelves with silk flower arrangements, pictures, TV, Thread holders. When I'm in there I am usually working on a quilt, glancing at TV or on the computer. Wall color is good for me, and getting to lazy to want to paint. I hate painting anyway.

Mine is a soft celery green, on of my favorite colors.

I have just painted my new sewing studio in Standish White from Benjamin Moore. It is a soft butter yellow, soothing, and will look crisp with my white furniture.

I took over a pink bedroom for my sewing room. I have so much stuff in the room and on the walls (plus two windows and a large closet cut the walls) that I don't notice the color!

Benjamin Moore's "Rosemary Sprig". I have a wall hanging with appliqued quilt blocks made by my grandmother that was quilted into a wall hanging by my mother. Its colors are red, navy, and green with red sashing and border. The wall color sets it off beautifully. If not for the hanging, I probably would have gone a shade brighter with the green but wanted to tone down the red.

I am getting ready to repaint mine soon. Think I will probably stick with a taupe tone. It seems to make my white woodwork pop. Easy to decorate with also.

Mine is a very pale blue - I find it soothing.

My sewing room is a very bright yellow. During the day I have to check every once in a while to see if I turned the light off if I leave the house.

I've done mine in three shades of tans/brown. Warm and cozy!
