Are you using Windows Internet Explorer if so, look for page near the top of the screen, click on that and look for text size and you can change the size of the text there. If not, look for "Tools" and click on that and there and click on full screen.

Click on TOOLS: ( Up on your right ) then Zoom or size = % it might be less than 100. Change it to larger.
