What to do with old Sue Spargo BOM patterns

Have any of you done any of the Sue Spargo BOM's? If so, what do you do with your pattern when you are done. Sue comes out with a book the following year, so some of what I have will be in that book. I did the 2018 BOM and we are not allowed to post it anywhere until the end of April '19 (I guess when the book comes out).

Not only do you get the pattern from her, but All of the special notes, close-ups of the individual blocks, etc. I have about 4" or more of paper that I have printed out, so that is a lot of $$ in paper/ink (on top of the price of the BOM). Because of that, throwing it in the trash isn't an option. I will never make it again, so don't want it to live on my book shelf either.

I'm thinking maybe donating to the church's annual lawn sale, giving it to the quilt guild to sell during their annual "quilt lawn sale", etc. Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Suzanne

Donating it locally shouldn't be a problem. It's very nice of you to share what you have, and seems a waste to just toss it. The designer may not agree with me, especially if she has it coming out in a book. But you aren't giving away the whole book, just a small part of it.

If it's no use to you anymore then drop it off at a thrift store.

Lots of people sell their BOM'S. Is there any reason you can't sell it?

Play by the rules. I say this meaning wait till her book comes out. This is how designers make their living. After April give away, donate ,or sale what ever you want.

Put it in a nice binder with a picture and notes about your own project in the front. Use a paragraph page to encourage the next person to add their own project to the book and pass it along to keep it going and donate it to the quilt guild for sale or raffle.
