use FREECYCLE, or craigslist or donate to local quilt guild or charity sewing group!

You can not sell here yet, so perhaps your local Craigslist, newspaper or ebay are your best bet!

Check your local senior home. I took a bunch a couple of years ago and the ladies loved them. They now have a weekly sewing group.

Funny you should ask....I just finished going thru my entire magazine collection last night. I cut out those patterns that I wanted (will put in document protectors and put in a binder), the others that I did not cut into will be donated to my guild..I think or I may sell here....

Any suggestion on what to do with them?

What I do with mine is keep those I really want that has alot of content in it that I like and the rest I cut out the one or two articles and put in a folder and give the cut out ones to my granddaughters which they use in there playing at home to make art with.

I donate to our local Friends of the Library store. I really enjoy shopping for other magazines there and it's an easy way to help libraries, which are important. It also gives access to quilting to people who aren't part of guilds...

Definately give to a local Guild. Our Guild has a bi-annual show and we sell them.

Someone here did a PIF.. they put 5 in a flat rate mailer for 4.95, and you just had to pay the 4.95 for shipping. Not sure, but I dont think that would count as "selling'?

Instead of just tossing them in the garbage, is there a paper recyling service in your area?

Just keep posting and you will have regular status very quickly so you can sell them. You could do individually or group them for one price and put them in a medium flat rate box for $11. Just takes 20 posts in a 2 week period.
